International Association of Audio Information Service is a nonprofit organization of more than 120 independent service providers throughout the United States, Canada, and around the globe who make print accessible for people who are blind, or who cannot use printed materials because of a disability. IAAIS Members are buying and using products, goods and services in combinations to allow them to offer expanded services to a growing worldwide audience.

Register as an exhibitor at the annual IAAIS Conference and your $500 premium sponsorship package will include the following:

 • Display space at the 2008 IAAIS Conference in Raleigh, North Carolina (April 30-May 3), all conference meals, an opportunity to address the conference attendees at the Vendor’s Breakfast and attendance at conference sessions & workshops

 • Business description in the conference program (ads are available at additional cost; see below)

 • Your business logo displayed on the IAAIS web site for 1 year

Meal/break sponsorships: Starting at $500 for morning and afternoon breaks, $1,000 for meals, $1,500 for the Presidents Reception and $3,000 for the President’s Banquet, your company or organization can underwrite a conference event. Meal/break sponsorships are acknowledged in the printed conference program & with on-site banners.

Session Sponsors: Receive the undying gratitude of the conference attendees by underwriting the cost of a speaker, meal or break. Your logo and business description appear in the conference program booklet and your support is announced during the sponsored event. Sponsor opportunities range from $300 for morning coffee breaks to $3000 for The President’s Banquet and Award Dinner.

Underwrite a speaker: to ensure high quality presentations, experts may be brought in from other areas of the country. Your financial support of a presenter will be acknowledged in the conference program and on the IAAIS website.

Hospitality Room Sponsor: Underwrite one evening (or more) of our traditional after hours Hospitality Suite. Costs Vary.

Conference Tote Bags: Have a hand in the future briefcase or tote trend among radio reading and audio information professionals. Your logo is prominently displayed, along with the year and conference theme, on the selected tote or bag.

Exhibit: Secure your display space in a high traffic area; includes meals, access to work-shops and events, plus the opportunity to address the entire conference at the Vendors’ Breakfast. Additionally, your business logo will be displayed on the IAAIS Conference Website.
